Behind The Scenes, What Is Really Happening With The Oakland County Republican Party Part 3

Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless taketh his name in vain - Exodus 20:7 King James Version

One of my biggest pet peeves are those that interject the Lord and his Son Jesus Christ to pursue their own agenda.  Such as what is happening here in Oakland County with the Oakland County Republican Party (OCRP) Executive Committee over a resolution regarding Civil Asset Forfeiture.

All on the committee that I have spoken to are in favor of a resolution condemning the practice.  However some appear to be using this resolution for political gamesmanship.  They appear to be trying to prove that current elected leadership is against the measure as well.

Here is what has transpired so far in a nutshell:

A resolution was  brought forth by Regina and Bob Brimm committee members from Lathrup Village and received by the OCRP executive committee which was then sent to the issues subcommittee for review.  The issues committee concluded that the resolution received as it was did not properly reflect the OCRP Committee as whole.  The intent of the resolution wasn't bad but how it was worded was.  So the resolution was rewritten taking out some of the anger while keeping the intent of the resolution intact.  This resolution was ready for a vote

The Brimms and their followers which include Shane Trejo and Matt Maddock, who ran against current OCRP Chair Theresa Mungioli, were not happy with the changes and pulled the resolution out and decided they would rewrite it themselves.  At this point removing the resolution started the whole process over again according to OCRP By-Laws.

At the May OCRP Executive Meeting, the Brimms and their followers thought they could ram this resolution through with their changes.  Since the resolution wasn't properly sent to the issues committee it wasn't on the Agenda for the night’s meeting.   A disruption occurred as those that wanted the resolution to be voted upon decided not to accept the agenda for the night’s meeting.   A vote then ensued with tellers.  The final vote was 27 in favor of the agenda and 26 against.  I personally was there as a proxy and I voted in favor of the agenda as is.

The Brimms and their followers lead by Matt Maddock attempted a protest and recount which was denied as the vote was accurate.

Even if the agenda was thrown out and a new one submitted, the Brimm's Civil Asset Forfeiture Resolution would have been shot down as 27-26 as 27 members knew the by-laws.

Over the last few days OCRP Executive Member Shane Trejo has posted incorrect information about the events on numerous Facebook Groups hoping to win popular support and to try to shame those leading the OCRP leadership.  Therefore it is time to set the record straight.

Since it was the way the original resolution was written that prevented it from being voted on without changes from the OCRP Issues Subcommittee I asked numerous times for a copy of the original resolution as written.  After asking numerous times on threads in the Michigan Republican Delegate, Birmingham Bloomfield Republican's Group and SOAR South Oakland area Republicans Facebook groups I finally received a copy from Matt Maddock in the Birmingham Group.

Matt Maddock Caution! This resolution contains language that may not be acceptable to some who may be easily offended by our constitutional rights. Please read at your own risk.

RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION TO THE OAKLAND COUNTY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE REGARDING ASSET FORFEITURE AS “IN REM” (AGAINST THE PROPERTY) ACTIONS IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN

WHEREAS: The Fifth Amendment of the Bill of Rights states that “No person shall... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." and

WHEREAS: The Michigan Constitution states in Article 1, Section 17, “No person shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty or property, without due process of law. “ and Article 10, Section 2, states, " Private property shall not be taken for public use without just compensation..” and

WHEREAS: “In Rem” Civil Asset Forfeiture is a clear attempt to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and the Fifth Amendment guaranteed to every American citizen and

WHEREAS: No law shall be passed that is contrary to the Federal and Michigan State Constitutions and no persons should have their rights abridged or be deprived of due process of law

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

• That the Oakland County Republican Party Executive Committee takes a clear stand against Asset Forfeiture laws, which are a direct violation of the Fifth Amendment to the Federal Constitution, and Article I, Section 17 and Article X, Section 2 of the Michigan State Constitution.
• That the Oakland County Republican Party Executive Committee urges Republican lawmakers to revoke “In Rem” Asset Forfeiture Laws in the State of Michigan and to fully restore the natural and constitutional rights of every resident and visitor (as well as to obey the Constitutional restrictions against governmental infringement of said rights), whose own persons and private property are entitled to be treated as innocent until proven guilty.
• That no personal property can be taken from the property owner until that person is charged with a crime and proven guilty in a court of law and direct nexus of the property to criminal activity, has also been proven, beyond a reasonable doubt.
• That any personal property being held from an individual, who has not been charged with and convicted of a crime, be returned to him or her without delay.

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED:

That the ORCP Secretary is directed to post a copy of this resolution on the OCRP website. The writer of this resolution may, at their own expense, distribute this resolution to elected officials.
Now reading this version it doesn't sound bad at all in fact it should be passable with verification that the cited laws are correct and perhaps some changes to the bottom of the resolution where is directs the OCRP Secretary to post a copy of this resolution to the OCRP website.  This portion would need to be negotiated as 1)The Secretary is not a webmaster 2) Costs would be involved to hire a webmaster  and 3) Who pays the webmaster for the upgrade?

But as any good reporter does, they further investigate and try to see if the information they were given matches with additional sources and unfortunately the resolution supplied by Mr. Maddock was not the original resolution submitted by the Brimm's.  Below is a copy of the original resolution:

One can clearly see that the resolution that Mr. Maddock provided has been greatly cleaned up and streamlined compared to the original submitted by the Brimms.

The original version was very wordy and it asked that this resolution be sent to numerous legislative officials from Oakland County up to Lansing, and in addition to all the officers of the MIGOP, all officers of the 14 GOP U.S. House congressional Committees and the officers of the other 82 County Republican Parties.    This request also failed for consistency as it said all Oakland County Board of Commissioners.  Well that would include the Democrat commissioners as well. There was no request to send this to any other democrat official outside of Oakland County.  This may or many not have been the attempt of the Brimms and their followers, but it could have been taken by the Democrats to show a vote of no confidence is our Republican Sheriff, giving the Democrats fire power in the next election whether our current Sheriff runs or a new opponent runs.

Also not once did it describe a time frame or method on how delivery of this resolution could be done --E-mail or U.S. Postal Service.  If U.S, Postal we then are discussing cost in postage.  In addition how easy would it be for the OCRP Secretary to do this task?  The Secretary is a non-paid volunteer, which it appears that some do not understand.  This task would be better suited for a paid staffer at OCRP to process.  But again the board would need to agree on funds to make this happen.

As one can see this is why the OCRP Issues Committee reviews all resolutions and makes recommendations if they have merit.  The OCRP Issues Committee did agree this resolution had merit but rewrote it to make it passable in the Committee at large.

What is most frustrating to see is how the opposing side is using scripture on Facebook to declare those in the issues committee and in the OCRP leadership, who are trying to do the right thing and get this resolution passed, are having scripture versus thrown at them calling them liars.  That is why I opened with the scripture verse from Exodus 20:7.

As radio great Paul Harvey used to say, "And now you know the rest of the story."

Behind The Scenes, What Is Really Happening With The Oakland County Republican Party Part 2

Theresa Mungioli speaks out on the manufactured controversy at
Oakland County Republican Chair
Theresa Mungioli
the Oakland County Republican Party Executive Committee meeting.  I stand by with what she is saying as I was there that night as a proxy vote.

So, here's what really happened at the OCRP Exec. Committee meeting for you from the Chair of the Oakland County Republican Party.

"This past week (a week ago tonight), the OCRP Executive Committee met, but there are some trying to distort what happened at the meeting. We did not vote on an asset forfeiture resolution. We did vote to support our bylaws by following the process that This past week the OCRP Executive Committee met but there are some trying to distort what happened at the meeting. We did not vote on an asset forfeiture resolution. We did vote to support our bylaws by following the process that resolutions must go to the Issues Committee first, and to follow the bylaws regarding proper notice of resolutions.

In April, OCRP worked with a local club to bring in a speaker on asset forfeiture. Also in April, the Issues Committee reviewed two resolutions, voted to recommend one and the recommended resolution was shared in advance of the Executive Committee meeting. We could have voted on the asset forfeiture issue then. However the authors wanted their way and were not happy with the compromise wording, refused to have us vote on this compromise and pulled it from the agenda, where it was referred back to committee. Then this week they brought hard copies of a new resolution and handed them out at the meeting. This is after many explanations of the bylaws process and communication on the timing for when resolutions need to be submitted for consideration. OCRP has not voted on the asset forfeiture issue because the authors refused to compromise. The resolution will be brought to a vote when the bylaws are followed. Trying to ram through a resolution without prior notice and without sharing in advance of the meeting is a violation of the bylaws.

OCRP is not a policy board – we are here to elect Republicans. This constant fighting from a group that wants to hijack the meetings, distort the facts and only want to get their way, does not help us in our goal to elect Republicans. Their only participation has been at Executive Committee meetings and many have refused to join sub-committees, attend events and help us in the cause of electing Republicans. In fact, some openly promoted voting for Democrats last November. If a Board member openly advocated to a company that they should buy products from their competition, they would be removed from the Board. If an elected official does not follow the Republican platform, they are openly criticized. Yet these members of the OCRP Executive Committee are willing to bypass our bylaws to promote their agenda. The hypocrisy is astounding."

Gov Snyder and Senate Majority Leader Alran Meekhof Looking To Raise Taxes For Roads After Proposal 1 Failed

They just don't seem to get it in Lansing.  After a major ass-
Gov Snyder & Senate Majority Leader Meekhof
Looking To Raise Taxes For Roads
whooping with the defeat of the $1.2 billion tax increase proposal 1, our tax and spend legislators in Lansing are looking for another way to raise our taxes.

Governor Rick Snyder Business leaders don’t believe finding $1.2 billion in additional road funds without raising taxes is possible.  Why is it not possible?  With proper cuts to wasteful programs such as the Michigan Economic Development Corp (MEDC) which promotescronyism, killing the film subsidies that have done nothing to help Michigan as a whole and other wasteful programs that should generate a good chunk of the revenue needed.

Some loud voices that have friends in the media are screaming if we get rid of the MEDC we won't have any more "Pure Michigan" commercials.  Has anyone verified the effectiveness of these commericals and why do they play frequently in our State?  Why doesn't the MEDC invest more to atract out of state tourism?

Also Michigan's unemployment rate has dropped from 14.1% to a "reported" 5.4%.  Where is this additional income tax revenue going?

The Michigan House should stick with a tough love approach and push through the cuts to unneeded programs such as the MEDC.

Here is where the trouble likes two-thirds of senators, mostly RINOs Republicans In Name Only, are term-limited and won’t face voters again in their current posts. The hope is that they’ll feel more free to vote for tax hikes.  What they don't realize is that they will be remembered for when they try to find another political hole to fill.

The Senate lead by disappointing Senate Majority (non) Leader Alran Meekhof is expected to back a plan already floated to raise the fuel tax by 5 cents a gallon each year for three years. That 15-cent hike will ultimately produce $750 million, with additional money found by bringing diesel fuel taxes in line with those on gasoline, and perhaps raising vehicle registration fees.  Michigan already has one of the highest gas taxes in the country, yet the worst roads.  How do you explain that?

It is likely to make us look like they are working in our favor, the senators will also offer up spending cuts  largely from the estimated $500 million MEDC budget, including the possible elimination of much or all of the $50 million film subsidy. The cuts are expected to be about half what the House passes.

Behind The Scenes, What Is Really Happening With The Oakland County Republican Party

There is a lot of incorrect information being posted on Facebook about the Oakland County Republican Party Executive Committee and how they are pro-asset forfeiture, pro-Obamacare exchange and how they want Democrats to vote in Republican primaries.  Do you know how ridiculous this sounds?

First of all nobody on that committee, that was there last week, is pro-asset forfeiture.  The resolution was voted down because it didn't follow the OCRP By-laws.  I was one of the ones that also voted it down as a proxy.   It wasn't because the resolution was bad it,  it violated the bylaws based on the time submitted.  The original resolution was not submitted in enough time for review by the committee. Resend the resolution now so it can be voted on at the next meeting.  Make sure the resolution is pure as well and doesn't contain pork, like our lawmakers like to throw in.

Many that are on  the board call themselves Constitutional Conservatives and say they are fighting to save our Constitution, but are they really?  How good is your word when speaking in favor of the Constitution when you feel that bylaws should have the rules bent or ignored entirely?  Isn't this what Obama is doing to our Constitution?  Isn't our Constitution a set of bylaws in itself?

All executive board members in attendance were given a timeline of the next meetings and when to submit their resolutions in time to be voted on in the next meeting.   It seems that resolutions have been sent to the OCRP committee past the due date before this meeting.  It makes for good reading. Keep in mind a few may have ulterior motives is trying to push the resolutions through against what the by-laws require.  Two things rule this world, money and power and many will do whatever it takes to achieve this.

Next, most on the committee I would say are against Obamacare and the exchanges. I don't know all the committee members but I do know the leadership.  I served with Theresa Mungioli on the old 9th District Congressional Board.  I can assure you that she is 100% against Obamacare.  I know Pam Williams very well, she too is 100% against Obamacare.  I know Greg Didilian not as well as Pam or Theresa, but as a small business owner, I don't think Obamacare is doing him any favors.

Then we have the fight over open or closed primaries or caucuses.  First of all those that want a closed primary, how do you truly have a closed primary? And with a caucus, let's be honest, those clamoring most for a caucus are those for Rand Paul hoping to shut out the other candidates.  Isn't this what we are accusing the "Establishment" of doing.  Shutting out the other candidates for their chosen "Jeb Bush or other"?   Also buy shutting out other candidates and not letting all Republicans have voice do you think they are even going to bother or donate?  Isn't this why Republican's have been losing in the first place??

One final thing on my rant as well.  We are not going to agree all the time.  I have had disagreements on stances on issues with those in leadership as well, but unless they are blatantly doing wrong for their own self-interest there is no need to attack them personally.  Stick to the issues, attack the issues.  If you do it any other way, it begins to look like you are the ones with the self-interests.

Houston Floods: Message From God?

Anise Parker and her partner
Could God be sending us a message and no one is listening?  On May 28th of 2014, openly lesbian Houston Mayor Annise Parker signed the controversial Houston Equal Rights Ordinance (HERO) into law.
The Houston Chronicle described the ordinance thusly:

The measure bans discrimination based not just on sexual orientation and gender identity but also, as federal laws do, sex, race, color, ethnicity, national origin, age, religion, disability, pregnancy and genetic information, as well as family, marital or military status.

This ordinance unlawfully punished those for practicing their faith beliefs of marriage between a man and woman and that anything other than that was a sin and in some faiths not just a sin, but mortal sin.  In addition it prevented those with faith believes or any sense of morality from expressing themselves.

The ordinance applies to businesses that serve the public, private employers, housing, city employment and city contracting. Violators could be fined up to $5,000.

On August 7th, 2014, HERO was placed on hold after opponents of the ordinance filed suit against the city with the help of the Alliance Defending Freedom, a conservative Christian legal advocacy group focused largely on opposing same-sex marriage and abortion. The following month city attorneys subpoenaed sermons given by local pastors who oppose the law and are tied to the conservative Christian activists who have sued the city.

The  subpoenas a were an infringement on religious liberties, they were intended to "punish and intimidate those who dared to step-up and oppose the city council," and that the specific and seemingly unrelated nature of the subpoenaed material suggests the discovery investigation is really about a crackdown on political or anti-homosexual and anti-abortion preaching in city churches.

Now May of 2015 Houston, Texas and surrounding communities are seeing record flooding of unprecedented proportions. Houston has been the bullseye of this storm system receiving the most rain per the National Weather Service.

Wiskey Tango Foxtrot: What Does This Have To Do With Honoring Our Veterans

One has to assume Obama and his staff are doing this intentional to stick their middle finger at those that our Conservative and/or Republican.    First it was Easter, where he and the Easter Bunny were looking at the Washington Monument and now this:

Is this the 7th Seal And Final Seal? What is Causing The Strange Sounds In The Sky Across The World?

The Book of Revelations speaks of seven seals.  The last
seal being the sound of trumpets. In the times the Bible the was written trumpets were used for warning and their purpose was to warn of the judgments coming to the inhabitants of the earth. The focus here is that those that dwell in this earth (those comfortable in the world) will need to be warned. It is a warning to those who scoff at the coming judgment of God.

Now since 2011 a strange trumpet noise from the sky is continuing to be heard by people all around the world. Experts have no clue what might be causing it. The strange sounds have been constantly heard at different locations around the world.

People who were able to capture the sound uploaded their recordings on social media sites. Many of these clips came from the United States, Germany, Australia and Canada.

In Canada, Kimberly Wookey was able to record several clips of these strange sounds and uploaded many of the clips on Youtube.

She said that this is the second time she has heard these noises in Terrace, BC Canada. She further said that she heard the sound for the first time on August 29, 2013 at 7:30am.

Then it happened again this year, 2015 on May 7th

The sounds were also recorded by a Pamela Ruby

Ok so we heard the sounds again .... so here it is..... 7:51 am
Posted by Pamela Ruby on Thursday, May 7, 2015

Then there was this in Kentucky April 5, 2015

In 2012 the sound was recorded during a live television broadcast of the Tampa Bay Rays baseball game in Tampa

Aaron Traylor, a Montana resident, said that he had been having bad dreams after he uploaded the eerie sounds.

Are we at the end of times that the Bible speaks about in Revelations?  Many strange occurrences have happening around the world over the last decade.  Remember the millions of birds that fell from the sky in the U.S. and across different parts of the world?  Remember the millions of fish that floated dead to the top of lakes around the world? Next you add into the mix incredible hurricanes including Katrina and Sandy that went so far as to hit the Great Lakes Region with hurricane force winds and created snow and blizzard conditions in the Appalachians.  Now we have earthquakes happening at an alarming pace even in areas that normally do not see earthquakes such as Michigan and Ontario Canada.  An earthquake also hit Las Vegas yesterday.  Finally volcanic eruption is also happening at an alarming pace around the world, including a volcano in the Pacific Ocean just off Oregon.

Here is a compilation of the sounds from around the world.

Wendy Lynn Day Named Director Of Ted Cruz Campaign In Michigan

Today the Ted Cruz Campaign named current Grassroots Vice-Chair Wendy Lynn Day as the Michigan State Director.  In its announcement they did make an error calling her the Vice Chair of The Michigan Republican Party, that position is actually held by Jeff Sakwa.

Here is the press release from the Cruz for President campaign.

Continuing to build a robust national and Michigan organization, Cruz for President today named Wendy
Day, the current Vice Chair of the Michigan Republican Party and Liberty movement leader, as the Michigan State Director for the Cruz for President Campaign.
“Wendy is a great fit because she is no stranger to grassroots politics at every level,” said Ted Cruz. “Her influence in the Great Lake State and commitment to freedom makes her a valued member of our team.”
Wendy is one of the most respected, hardworking grassroots leaders Michigan has seen, said Cruz State Chairman Saul Anuzis. “No one will out work her, no one knows both the Republican Party and Tea Party movement better than Wendy”.
Wendy Day gained influence and notoriety in Michigan when she founded Common Sense in Government, a group that highlighted elected officials’ misdeeds and educated voters on how to hold those officials accountable. Currently she serves as the Michigan Republican Party Grassroots Outreach Vice-Chair.
“Ted Cruz articulates a consistent message of optimism that has fired up people from the U.P. to Detroit,” said Day. “It’s clear that his courage, intelligence, wit, and love of country will unite voters from across the spectrum who rightfully demand that America’s future be built on Freedom. Michiganders are telling me that this is the first time they’ve seen someone who reminds them of Ronald Reagan.”
Day is responsible for organizing the 2010 “snowman protest”, where her volunteers built over 60 snowmen in front of the Michigan Capitol to protest taxes. The result was a humorous and eye-catching display that attracted news media from all around the world.
Wendy Day is a military wife and mother. She has been married to Kevin Day for 19 years and they have four children, including David, 18, Craig, 17, Allison 11, and Brady, 7.
The Michigan Presidential primary is slated for March 8, 2016. In the general election, Michigan holds 16 electoral college votes.

No Heart Rate, No Pulse, No Blood Pressure Cleveland Man Comes Back From Dead Sees Heaven

A trucker in Ohio shocked hospital staff after coming back to
Brian Miller
life nearly an hour after he lost his pulse following a massive heart attack — but it’s what he claims to have seen during those tense moments that has him sure there’s an afterlife.

Brian Miller, 41, was opening the lid of a container when he knew something felt wrong — he immediately called 911 and told the operator, “I’m a truck driver and I think I’m having a heart attack.”

Sure enough, his main artery was completely blocked — causing what’s known as a “widow-maker” heart attack, Fox 8 Cleveland reported.

He was rushed to a local hospital where doctors managed to revive him and clear the blockage, but after regaining consciousness and feeling the pain dissipate, he developed ventricular fibrillation, when the heart starts quivering wildly and is unable to pump blood.

“He had no heart rate, he had no blood pressure, he had no

pulse,” said ICU nurse Emily Bishop. “I mean think about that.”

Doctor’s performed “strong, hard, fast CPR” and shocked Miller four times to try to revive him, but had no luck.

It was during that time that Miller said he slipped away into a celestial world, “The only thing I remember I started seeing the light, and started walking toward the light.”
He described walking down a flower-lined path into white light — until he came upon his step mother, who had died recently, “She was the most beautiful thing when I seen her, it was like the first day I met her, (she) looked so happy.”

Miller remembered, “She grabbed ahold of my arm and told me, ‘It’s not your time, you don’t need to be here, we’ve got to take you back you’ve got things to go and do.’”

After 45 minutes his pulse returned “out of nowhere,” Bishop said.  “His brain had no oxygen for 45 minutes, the fact that he’s up walking, talking, laughing, everything is amazing.”

Glad to be back amongst the living, Miller now says there is one thing he is sure of, “There is an afterlife and people need to believe in it, big time.”

Ted Cruz Turns Tables On Leftist Reporter And Quickly Embarasses HIm On Lack Of Knowledge

With horrible ratings, it’s obvious that MSNBC only exists to
be a propaganda tool for the Democrat party. So at a presidential campaign visit in Beaumont, Texas, on Tuesday, May 19, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) became exhausted with Kevin Steele, a local KMBT-TV reporter who was borrowing anti-Christian questions from MSNBC talking points.

SEN. TED CRUZ: Let me ask a question: Is there something about the left, and I am going to put the media in this category, that is obsessed with sex? Why is it the only question you want to ask concerns homosexuals? Okay, you can ask those questions over and over and over again. I recognize that you're reading questions from MSNBC...
You're wincing. You don't want to talk about foreign policy. I recognize you want to ask another question about gay rights. Well, you know. ISIS is executing homosexuals. You want to talk about gay rights? This week was a very bad week for gay rights because the expansion of ISIS, the expansion of radical, theocratic, Islamic zealots that crucify Christians, that behead children and that murder homosexuals. That ought to be concerning you far more than asking six questions all on the same topic.
REPORTER: Do you have a personal animosity against gay Americans?
CRUZ: Do you have a personal animosity against Christians sir? Your line of questioning is highly curious. You seem fixated on a particular subject. Look, I’m a Christian. Scripture commands us to love everybody and what I have been talking about, with respect to same-sex marriage, is the Constitution which is what we should all be focused on. The Constitution gives marriage to elected state legislators. It doesn’t give the power of marriage to a president, or to unelected judges to tear down the decisions enacted by democratically elected state legislatures.

Know The Difference: Memorial Day Vs. Veterans Day

Many people confuse Memorial Day and Veterans Day.

Memorial Day is a day for remembering and honoring military personnel who died in the service of their country, particularly those who died in battle or as a result of wounds sustained in battle. While those who died are also remembered,

Veterans Day is the day set aside to thank and honor all those who served honorably in the military - in wartime or peacetime. In fact, Veterans Day is largely intended to thank living veterans for their service, to acknowledge that their contributions to our national security are appreciated, and to underscore the fact that all those who served - not only those who died - have sacrificed and done their duty.

Liberal Talk Show Host Defend Hillary Clinton's Clinton Foundation Says Women treated Worse In America Than Saudi Arabia

This afternoon I had my ears bleed listening to proud liberal Leslie Marshall debate Fox New Contributor Kevin Jackson

While listening to Kevin Jackson debate Leslie (Hillary Booster) Marshall on Sean Hannity on the radio and could
Leslie Marshall be more rude? Kevin did not interrupt her when she spewed her nonsense defending Hillary Clinton and the strange operations of Clinton Foundation and as soon as Kevin started taking her points down one by one, she started yelling and screaming making it impossible for Kevin to be heard. Then she made a smart remark after Hannity took her off mute. She said "I'm Sorry Kevin for interrupting you, I am sure you'll survive"

Now Leslie Marshall is saying that women are treated worse in the United States than in Saudi Arabia. I bet Hillary can fix that.

You would think with Leslie Marshall has been a liberal radio talk host since 1988 and a commentator on national television since 2001, you would think she would have an idea of proper decorum on these formats.

Easy Target: ISIS Holds Massive Victory Parade But Where Is The Coalition?

Just yesterday we were told by the Obama administration that our planes were flying missions "looking for targets", how is it that the news media found this HUGE TARGET, and our attack planes did not?

Could our pilots be under orders to not really pick significant targets, what else would explain this?

Are the leaders of this world intentionally allowing ISIS to grow so there could be an even larger conflict?

A few years ago a friend told something to me.  I didn't want to repeat it, because if true I did not want to put her safety in jeopardy. She unfortunately passed last month succumbing to cancer and a multitude of other health issues.    But she told me something and even she found it hard to believe , but in 1989 she, while working for Henry Kissinger, had access to a U.S. war room where they were planning World War III for 2016.   Could ISIS be the spark that starts this?  Why else are we being so weak on ISIS?

Here are photos ISIS posted on the Internet regarding their victory parade over the large city of Ramadi, Iraq

An Older Man Goes On Epic Rant After He Is Denied From Joining The Army

A man aged 62 is mad as hell that he was rejected from joining the army.  His facebook response is hilarious and if you think about it, what he says makes all the sense in the world.

Al Sharpton's Daughter Suing New York For $5 Million Due To Ankle Injury Yet Climbs Mountain

Al Sharpton's daughter suing NYC for $5 MILLION over a sprained ankle, but that's not stopping stop her from hiking a mountain in Bali?!  She just proved that her sprained ankle was nothing more than BS

Dominique Sharpton
and her father Al Sharpton
Dominique Sharpton posted pictures to Instagram showing she completed a difficult mountain climb in Bali, Indonesia — even though her suit says that “she still suffers” debilitating pain after twisting her ankle in a street crack in Soho last year.

She wasn’t smart enough to realize her mounting climbing adventure just invalidated any of her claims of injury.

“We hiked UP the mountain, over the clouds… into the SUNRISE,” Dominique, 28, wrote in the May 16 post.

DTE Energy: Says Working To Have Its Consumers To Pay Less, Asks To Raise Rates At Same Time

Many of you have heard the DTE  Energy commercials on
radio and TV stating how they are working to cut costs and want consumers to pay less.  They also state they natural gas prices are the lowest they have been since 2008 and that they buy their natural gas during the summer months when rates are low.   DTE says that they store that natural gas so it is ready for winter.

Well if gas prices are so low and DTE wants us to pay less, why are they seeking a rate increase that could on average raise one's bill by $39 annually?

Here is the press release DTE snuck out during the slow news period of the holidays and on the slowest news day of any week, a Friday:

Friday December 19th, 2014
DTE Electric, a subsidiary of DTE Energy, has filed its first electric residential rate increase in four years.
Because of already-planned rate adjustments, commercial and industrial customers will actually see a rate reduction since the last rate case.
DTE is asking the Michigan Public Service Commission to recover investments made over the last four years to ensure adequate electric supply, improve reliability and install environmental controls at its power plants to reduce emissions.
"DTE has been an industry leader in controlling operating costs over the last 10 years," said Jerry Norcia, president and chief operating officer of DTE Electric.  "However, because of the significant investments we're making to ensure that Michigan has adequate and reliable electric supply in the long term, we have requested a rate increase at this time."
If the increase is approved by the MPSC late next year, on average, residential customers will see a $3.25 increase in their monthly bills since 2013.  This represents an annual increase of approximately 1.5 percent and includes other rate offsets in 2014 and 2015.
"We have made, and will continue to make, significant investments," Norcia said.  "These investments not only help us deliver cleaner, reliable energy for Michigan's families and businesses, but also make Michigan a more competitive place to do business."

Student Told He Can't Display American Flag

Students in York County South Carolina set up to protest
after a senior was asked to remove an American flag from his pick-up truck.

In Peyton Robinson's eyes, the American flag should be displayed. But at his school, York Comprehensive High School, the senior ran into a problem.

"Just proud to be an American," the 18-year-old said. Robinson said a school administrator told him remove the American flag and the POW-MIA flag, which he has in the back of his truck.

"He said we're having some issues. Some people were complaining about the flags in your truck, possibly offend them. He asked me to take it down," Robinson said.

The high school senior, who has several family members who served in the armed forces, is upset because he doesn't see the problem.

"I'd understand if it was the Confederate flag or something that might offend somebody," Robinson said. "I wouldn't do that. But an American flag - that's our country's flag. I have every right to do it."

School District officials told the media that students were told they couldn't have any physical flags on their cars because of safety. Administrators said it was a pre-existing policy that was announced again today.

Robinson said "I don't see a safety issue. I mean I understand it's a big flag - it's 4 by 6 - but nobody has ever complained about it being in their way or anything."

According to Robinson, a school administrator told him to remove the flags when he got home, and not come back to school with them. But the 18 year old said before the school day was over on Wednesday, a school official went to Robinson's parked truck, removed the bolts that secured the flags to the truck, took the flags down, and "laid my flags down in the middle of my truck when I wasn't even there."

Robinson was angry.

"I was pretty mad," he said. "I don't see how it's a problem. Nobody has ever complained about it before."

The senior took to social media and posted about the incident on his facebook page. Fellow students are vowing to stand with Robinson, and fly flags on their cars when they arrive at school Thursday morning.

Despite being told he's not to come to school again with flags flying on his pick-up, Robinson says he plans to do what he's done for the past month - display his flags.

"I will ask to see where it's written you can't fly the American flag," he said. "I want them to know we have every right to fly the American flag on on our truck."

Wednesday morning Robinson was told the flags offended some people. Wednesday afternoon, school officials said it was a safety issue. Robinson is wondering what exactly is the reason he can't display his flags.

Detroit Wants Its Own Auto Insurance Company? At What Cost To Michigan Taxpayers?

Yesterday on the Mitch Albom show on WJR 760 am in Detroit, Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan continued his push for the City of Detroit's alternative automobile insurance option "D Insurance".

There is no doubt that there is serious auto problem insurance problem in Detroit where auto insurance premiums are just about unaffordable for most.   According to study's and Mayor Duggan's comments on the radio last evening, 1 out of every 5 Detroiters are currently driving without insurance compounding the problem.

Mayor Duggan stated on Mitch Albom's show that it is the medical claims that are causing such high auto insurance rates and something needs to be done to bring those down.  He implied that many are using their auto insurance for medical assistance.

Mayor Duggan's plan is to offer an alternative auto insurance plan that caps medical coverage at $250,000.  The question is though is that legal?  Currently in Michigan the medical coverage cap for all auto insurer's is $530,000 after that point is reached then the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association reimburses the auto insurance company.

There are many questions as to the legal operation of the "D Insurance Company."

The City of Detroit's "D Insurance Company" will pay up to $250,000 for medical expenses and then your health provider would pay.  In a typical auto policy your health provider would pay first followed your auto insurance company once your health limits were exhausted then followed by the Michigan Catastrophic Claims association.  This is why you have the option of medical coverage being primary on your auto policy or secondary as excess.  Medicaid and Medicare do NOT cover auto injury expenses.  What happens to those with out proper medical insurance that covers auto accidents?

With the City of Detroit's "D Insurance Company" if people who have this policy need more coverage beyond $250,000 will they get it from the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association?

Will those insured with the City of Detroit's "D Insurance Company" pay into the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association as all other drivers in Michigan have to?  What will happen to the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association fund rates when a pool of people stop contributing ?

Why must other insurance companies operate at an unfair advantage by having to pay up to $530,000 before being reimbursed by the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association?

Isn't offering one product in one City considered redlining?

How can the City of Detroit, still in debt after bankruptcy afford to operate an insurance company?

Is the "D Insurance Company" going to be considered an admitted insurance company (standard market) or will it be considered a non-admitted insurance company (sub standard)?    Admitted companies are the responsibility of the state and taxpayers should they become insolvent, while non-admitted companies are not.

Is the recent rush to change Michigan's no-fault system really not to save consumers money across the state but to help Detroit set up their own Auto Insurance Company potentially on the backs of Michigan Taxpayers?

If the only guarantee coming from Lansing is that with No-Fault reform you will save $100 or less a year, and most reports say less at $64, for only 2 years then this reform is not worth putting through.

Michiganders pay twice as much as the national insurance average on their insurance premiums.  If there is to be reform, real reform must be put into place.  The best way to start with reform is to not so much reduce coverage but put in better safeguards to reduce auto medical fraud.
