Supreme Court Ruled Against Abortion Safety For Women

Texas (Michigan, Ohio and other states) lightly regulate abortion mills through their state health departments, requiring them to operate by some of the the same health standards as outpatient surgery centers.

According to five Supreme Court justices today that's just too much to ask. From a purely medical standpoint it makes sense because it is a surgical procedure. However, there is nothing whatsoever sensical about destroying an innocent, pre-born life.

Common sense and morality hold no sway in a discussion

where God and absolute truth have been cast aside in favor of Satan and lies from the very depths of Hell. From a medical standpoint, the evil ones don't want to admit that their "procedures" do go wrong, resulting in unintended side-effects of the murder taking place, requiring additional medical care for the mother.

And if they would admit it, there is absolutely nothing stopping these mills from upgrading their medical services to meet these safety and health standards except one thing -- money. The murderers don't want to cut into their profit margin, and those who cheer them on don't care if they're "safe", as long as they're cheap and plentiful.

Applauding the killers eases the conscience of a great many who have been part of this evil "choice" and whose selfish pride stands between them and a loving, forgiving God.

Sadly, there are Christians who are supporters of those who praise and led the fight for this SCOTUS decision today. They need to look beyond their politics and support Scriptural truth.

The fires of Hell were stoked again today, and America took another big step toward its ultimate judgment. Worse than that, the vast majority of Americans never even noticed.

Hillary and Bill Clinton have miraculous luck when it comes to

people that are about to testify against them all of a suddenly dying under mysterious causes.

John Ashe, who was facing trial for tax fraud, died Wednesday afternoon in his house in Westchester County. The UN said he’d had a heart attack. But the local Dobbs Ferry police said Thursday that his throat had been crushed, presumably by a barbell he dropped while pumping iron.

Ashe was due in court Monday with his Chinese businessman co-defendant Ng Lap Seng, who is charged with smuggling $4.5 million into the US since 2013 and lying that it was to buy art and casino chips.

Ng was identified in a 1998 Senate report as the source of hundreds of thousands of dollars illegally funneled through an Arkansas restaurant owner, Charlie Trie, to the Democratic National Committee during the Clinton administration. (Ng was not charged with any crime.)

Ng and Trie had visited the White House several times for Democratic fund-raising events and were photographed with then-President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Clinton.

One source told me, “During the trial, the prosecutors would have linked Ashe to the Clinton bagman Ng. It would have been very embarrassing. His death was conveniently timed.”

Obama And Black Lives Working To Create Martial Law And Prevent Elections

Black Lives Matter to disrupt the Republican and Democratic Conventions next month according to a tweet from DeRay Mckesson, a prominent leader of Black Lives Matter and who had his Twitter account hacked.

Besides tweeting under Mckessen account making it look like McKessen endorsed Donald Trump, the hacker took and posted screen shots of a plan to force martial law.

Black Lives Matter plans to bus 2000 people into Cleveland. They will be joined by another 6000 to 8000 more who will drive to Cleveland.

Their plan is to cause so much confusion and chaos at the Republican National Convention that the GOP will have to choose another candidate. Their goal is to shut the convention down.

They plan on doing the same at the Democratic Convention because they don’t want Hillary Clinton on the ballot this fall either. An estimated 10,000 bought and paid for Black Lives Matter terrorists plan to create chaos at the Philadelphia Democratic National Convention in late July. Some have suggested that their plan to have martial law invoked would mean that President Obama would stay in the White House.

“The number of detainees released from the Guantanamo Bay prison who have reengaged in terrorism has doubled since July 2015, according to a new report issued by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI),” the Washington Free Beacon reported. “A total of 118 out of 676 freed former detainees were confirmed of having reengaged in terrorist acts since 2009. Around 30 have been killed on the battlefield, while 25 have been taken back into custody. At least 63 remain at large, according to the DNI’s latest findings.”

Wahab has been sent to the country of Montenegro, where he has been granted asylum. However, even his official release report acknowledges the likelihood of him returning to terrorism, citing “ties to a relative, who is a possible extremist, raises concerns about his susceptibility to re-engagement.”

Sioux Indians at Wounded Knee Creek on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota were murdered by federal agents & members of the 7th Cavalry who had come to confiscate their firearms “for their own safety and protection”. The slaughter began after the majority of the Sioux had peacefully turned in their firearms. The Calvary began shooting, and managed to wipe out the entire camp. 200 of the 297 victims were women and children.

Wounded Knee was among the first federally backed gun confiscation attempts in United States history. It ended in the senseless murder of 297 people.

The Second Amendment, the right of the people to take up arms in defense of themselves, their families, and property in the face of invading armies or an oppressive government. won't be the nominee need to get over themselves.   Trump will be the nominee.  Trumps closest competitor, Ted Cruz is several million behind Trump in votes and almost 1,000 delegates behind.  

The never Trumpers say that Trump didn't get 50% of the vote.   There were 16 other candidates besides Trump in this race!  Nobody was going to hit 50% In 2012 people were saying 9 candidates were a lot.  

Did you know in 2008, McCain didn't get 50% of the vote?  Where were the loud voices then for someone more conservative?

The fact is nobody had more votes this go around than Trump.   
Republican National Committee Chief Strategist & Communications Director Sean Spicer pushed back Friday on reports that an organized effort is pressing forward to prevent presumptive presidential nominee Donald Trump from securing the votes needed to become the official nominee at the convention in July.

Spicer posted the following message in a Friday afternoon tweet:

Donald Trump bested 16 highly qualified candidates and received more primary votes than any candidate in Republican Party history. All of the discussion about the RNC Rules Committee acting to undermine the presumptive nominee is silly. There is no organized effort, strategy or leader of this so-called movement. It is nothing more than a media creation and a series of tweets.

First it was Pam Geller now the latest victim of Facebook’s extreme policies, is retired Col. Allen B. West, whose popular page on facebook was recently hit with a 30-day ban after somehow “violating Facebook’s terms and conditions.” The popular Facebook page with over 400,000 fans, was suddenly punished after posting a meme that simply stated that on 9/11, 3000 innocent people were killed without the use of guns.

Sodom and Gomorrah The Biblical Take On Homosexuality

Was the terroist shooting in Orlando our Sodom and Gomorrah?  When we turn our back on God, he takes away his protection on us.  Why would he want to be around, when we do not want him to be around?

The biblical account of Sodom and Gomorrah is recorded in Genesis chapters 18-19. Genesis chapter 18 records the Lord and two angels coming to speak with Abraham. The Lord informed Abraham that "the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is so great and their sin so grievous." Verses 22-33 record Abraham pleading with the Lord to have mercy on Sodom and Gomorrah because Abraham's nephew, Lot, and his family lived in Sodom.

Genesis chapter 19 records the two angels, disguised as human men, visiting Sodom and Gomorrah. Lot met the angels in the city square and urged them to stay at his house. The angels agreed. The Bible then informs us, "Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom — both young and old — surrounded the house. They called to Lot, 'Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them.'" The angels then proceed to blind all the men of Sodom and Gomorrah and urge Lot and his family to flee from the cities to escape the wrath that God was about to deliver. Lot and his family flee the city, and then "the LORD rained down burning sulfur on Sodom and Gomorrah — from the LORD out of the heavens. Thus he overthrew those cities and the entire plain, including all those living in the cities..."

In light of the passage, the most common response to the question "What was the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah?" is that it was homosexuality. That is how the term "sodomy" came to be used to refer to anal sex between two men, whether consensual or forced. Clearly, homosexuality was part of why God destroyed the two cities. The men of Sodom and Gomorrah wanted to perform homosexual gang rape on the two angels (who were disguised as men). At the same time, it is not biblical to say that homosexuality was the exclusive reason why God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. The cities of Sodom and Gomorrah were definitely not exclusive in terms of the sins in which they indulged.

Ezekiel 16:49-50 declares, "Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy. They were haughty and did detestable things before me..." The Hebrew word translated "detestable" refers to something that is morally disgusting and is the exact same word used in Leviticus 18:22 that refers to homosexuality as an "abomination." Similarly, Jude 7 declares, "...Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion." So, again, while homosexuality was not the only sin in which the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah indulged, it does appear to be the primary reason for the destruction of the cities.

Those who attempt to explain away the biblical condemnations of homosexuality claim that the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah was inhospitality. The men of Sodom and Gomorrah were certainly being inhospitable. There is probably nothing more inhospitable than homosexual gang rape. But to say God completely destroyed two cities and all their inhabitants for being inhospitable clearly misses the point. While Sodom and Gomorrah were guilty of many other horrendous sins, homosexuality was the reason God poured fiery sulfur on the cities, completely destroying them and all of their inhabitants. To this day, the area where Sodom and Gomorrah were located remains a desolate wasteland. Sodom and Gomorrah serve as a powerful example of how God feels about sin in general, and homosexuality specifically.

Government Wants To Study Frogs On Private Property, Response It Got Back Is Priceless

The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife wanted to study frogs on the property belonging to a private homeowner.   The homeowner was willing to oblige but first the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife would have to get a taste of their own bureaucratic penalties that they place on the public.

Republican Party Establishment To Overthrow Donald Trump At Convention?

Although the party convention’s current rules require

delegates to vote for the candidate they have been assigned to based on the state’s primary results, that rule could be changed before the convention. 

There is now a movement of Ted Cruz conservatives who want to unbind delegates prior to the first ballot vote. If accomplished, that means delegates could vote for absolutely anyone they wanted to, which would essentially make the entire primary process pointless and allow someone like Scott Walker, Ted Cruz or Mitt Romney to swoop in and steal the nomination.

One has to question if these conservatives really are conservatives, since they would rather have Mitt Romney than Donald Trump.  Mitt Romney last year dubbed himself the leader of "The Establishment".

The Republican party now must decide which is worse: nominating Donald Trump, or nominating someone who the people did not choose as their candidate.

What About The Clinton University? The Real Scam

They ‘got paid millions and I got stuck with $120,000 debt…’

The Clintons are involved in another scandal, this time over the Clinton-backed, for-profit college.

A victim of Laureate Education came forward with accusations that Walden University Online is nothing but a SCAM that piles tens of thousands of dollars of debt on unsuspecting students while delaying degrees or failing to deliver them.

“When I signed up for Walden Education in January 2009, I was told I would get my Doctor of Education degree by December 2011, after two years study for a cost of $40,000,” explained Teresa Ferguson, a mother of three teenagers who resides outside Atlanta.

That was OK with me. I could accept two years and $40,000, but that isn’t the way it happened,” she explained. “With Walden, I was hit with delays and program change after program change, so it took me two extra years and I ended up with $120,000 in tuition debt. I’m a schoolteacher. How am I ever going to pay off a debt like that?”

Walden University Online: ‘A complete scam’

WND reported that at Walden, once she had completed her required courses, Ferguson faced a series of changes in her dissertation advisers and in the chair of the education department she alleges were intentionally designed to extend the enrollment time needed to get her doctorate. The delay forced her to pay additional tuition far above her initial expectations.

“Laureate Education is a scam,” Ferguson, a teacher of English as a second language at a county high school, told WND in an email and telephone interview.

“Bill Clinton makes $16 million being ‘honorary chairman’ at Laureate while meanwhile Walden Online University ruined my life,” she said. “I have three teenage children, and now I have no clue how we’ll pay for their college with my student debt so high.”

WND reported last week Laureate Education paid $16 million to Bill Clinton to be the group’s pitchman while the State Department funneled $55 million to Laureate when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state.

Ferguson participated in a class action suit, Travis et al v. Walden University LLC, that was filed in U.S. District Court in the District of Maryland and dismissed in 2015.

“I pray you will do the research (to) expose how badly Walden is hurting their students,” she wrote to WND in an email. “Laureate Education and the Clintons should not be allowed to get away with this.”

But Ferguson has not yet stopped fighting.

“I am one of the many Walden students who are trying to sue the college for their many delays, changes in committees, and fraud against their own policies. It should not be allowed,” she told WND. “Our group is still fighting and trying to get a new lawyer, but we need someone who can be a voice for us.”

There are hundreds of student complaints filed online.

Complaints from Walden University Online graduate students have been posted on websites such as GotClassAction.com and ComplaintBoard.com, maintained as a National Consumer Complaint Forum, all support Ferguson’s accusations.

DONALD J TRUMP: STATEMENT REGARDING TRUMP UNIVERSITY

It is unfortunate that my comments have been misconstrued as a categorical attack against people of Mexican heritage. I am friends with and employ thousands of people of Mexican and Hispanic descent. The American justice system relies on fair and impartial judges. All judges should be held to that standard. I do not feel that one’s heritage makes them incapable of being impartial, but, based on the rulings that I have received in the Trump University civil case, I feel justified in questioning whether I am receiving a fair trial. Over the past few weeks, I have watched as the media has reported one inaccuracy after another concerning the ongoing litigation involving Trump University. There are several important facts the public should know and that the media has failed to report.

Throughout the litigation my attorneys have continually demonstrated that students who participated in Trump

University were provided a substantive, valuable education based upon a curriculum developed by professors from Northwestern University, Columbia Business School, Stanford University and other respected institutions. And, the response from students was overwhelming. Over a five year period, more than 10,000 paying students filled out surveys giving the courses high marks and expressing their overwhelming satisfaction with Trump University’s programs. For example:

Former student Tarla Makaeff, the original plaintiff in the litigation, not only completed multiple surveys rating Trump University’s three-day seminar “excellent” in every category, but also praised Trump University’s mentorship program in a glowing 5 plus minute video testimonial. When asked “how could Trump University help to meet [her] goals”, she simply stated “[c]ontinue to offer great classes.” Once the plaintiffs’ lawyers realized how disastrous a witness she was, they asked to have her removed from the case. Over my lawyers’ objections, the judge granted the plaintiffs’ motion, but allowed the case to continue.

Art Cohen, a lead plaintiffs in the litigation, completed a survey in which he not only rated Trump University’s three-day seminar “excellent” in virtually every category, but went so far as to indicate that he would “attend another Trump University seminar” and even “recommend Trump University seminars to a friend.” When asked how Trump University could improve the seminar, Mr. Cohen’s only suggestion was to “[h]ave lunch sandwiches brought in” and make the lunch break 45 minutes.

Former student Bob Giullo, who has been critical of Trump University in numerous interviews and negative advertisements from my political opponents, also expressed his satisfaction, rating Trump University’s programs “excellent” in every category. When asked how Trump University could improve its programs, Mr. Giullo simply asked that students be provided “more comfortable chairs.”

Indeed, these are just a few of literally thousands of positive surveys, all of which can be viewed online at www.98percentapproval.com.

For those students who decided that Trump University’s programs were not for them, the company had a generous refund policy, offering a full refund to any student who asked for their money back within 3 days of signing up for a program or by the end of the first day of any multi-day program, whichever came later.

Normally, legal issues in a civil case would be heard in a neutral environment. However, given my unique circumstances as nominee of the Republican Party and the core issues of my campaign that focus on illegal immigration, jobs and unfair trade, I have concerns as to my ability to receive a fair trial.

I am fighting hard to bring jobs back to the United States. Many companies – like Ford, General Motors, Nabisco, Carrier – are moving production to Mexico. Drugs and illegal immigrants are also pouring across our border. This is bad for all Americans, regardless of their heritage.

Due to what I believe are unfair and mistaken rulings in this case and the Judge’s reported associations with certain professional organizations, questions were raised regarding the Obama appointed Judge’s impartiality. It is a fair question. I hope it is not the case.

While this lawsuit should have been dismissed, it is now scheduled for trial in November. I do not intend to comment on this matter any further. With all of the thousands of people who have given the courses such high marks and accolades, we will win this case!

High School Students Will Not Be Allowed To Display Honors During Graduation

If you were a member of the National Honor Society, you

definitely remember wearing the white satin stole (with the NHS seal) during high school graduation: signifying your membership.  

Because it might make other students feel excluded, students won’t be able to wear their National Honor Society stoles during graduation ceremonies next month at Plano Texas Senior High School.  Students are not allowed to wear National Honor Society regalia (or any other club or organizational regalia) during graduation ceremonies, according to school practices.

This is just getting ridiculous.  Students need to know you are rewarded for hard work. We are raising lazy spoiled entitlement minded cowardly brats that need a safe space to hold a temper tantrum in whenever they don't get their way.

Students at nearby rival schools, Plano East High School and Plano West High School will be able to wear the NHS stoles.

In order to be a member of the National Honor Society, a student must maintain a high GPA and perform community service hours.

Should Students Be Required To Learn CPR To Graduate High School?

Michigan Senator Tonya Schuitmaker, who is rumored to be considering a run for Michigan Attorney General, wants hundreds of thousands of people to be able to jump in and help during a medical emergency.

"It's important to make sure that they have live-saving skills which will last a lifetime," she said. That's why she introduced a bill that would require students to learn CPR before they can graduate.

While the bill maybe a noble act by Senator Shuitmaker, you can't force someone to save another's life. This is potentially what this bill may lead to.  A CPR course should be offered as an elective but not mandatory.
