Senator Patrick Colbeck Doesn't Understand Why The Governor Wouldn't Sign Bill

Patrick Colbeck, who is seeking the Republican nomination for Michigan Governor, has expressed regret over Governor Rick Synder's decision to veto a bill that would promote life.

Senate Bill 163 authorized the creation of a "Choose Life" fundraising license plate that drivers could purchase. The state offers a number of fundraising license plates, including ones that support universities and wildlife habitat.

"I find the Governor's veto of a 'Choose Life' license plate to be disgraceful and sad because it would have helped a number of people faced with very real choices of life or death, choices that are not political, " said Colbeck

This is the fourth time Colbeck, who serves as state senator for Michigan's 7th district, has introduced a bill to create a 'Choose Life' license plate. This is the first time a bill has gotten as far as the Governor's desk. SB 163 had bi-partisan support of 25 Senators and 65 Representatives.

If the Governor did have personal issues with the bill, he had several options besides a veto. He could have let the bill become law without his signature, which happened naturally at 2pm Monday, July 3, or he could have let Lieutenant Governor Brian Calley sign it.

A fundraising license plate would have raised money to support organizations for people such as mothers with unplanned pregnancies and considering an abortion or veterans who are despondent and may want to take their own life.

"I appreciated the support I had for this bill from Michigan Right to Life and Attorney General Bill Schuette," said Colbeck.

This is the second bill in a row sponsored by Senator Colbeck that Governor Snyder has vetoed.

Colbeck filed paper work in May to run for Michigan Governor. Governor Snyder's term ends in 2018.

"If I'm fortunate enough to be elected Governor, I would be honored to have this bill be the first one I sign into law," said Colbeck.

Disgusting Michigan Governor Vetoes "Choose Life" License Plate

Michigan Governor Rick Snyder (R)?
Gov. Rick Snyder vetoed this afternoon a bill that would have created a "choose life" fundraising license plate option for Michigan vehicles.

Senate Bill 163 would have let the state issue a fund-raising license plate with the message "choose life."

Those funds which would have been raised by the purchase of these plates would have gone to the Choose Life Michigan Fund, controlled by anti-abortion group Right to Life Michigan.

It passed 25-11 in the Senate and 65-43 in the House. But it failed to get a signature from Gov. Rick Snyder.

REJECT WEAPONS SALE TO TURKISH BODYGUARDS, TROTT & 35 MEMBERS URGE TILLERSON

Rep. Trott leads bipartisan letter to Administration urging rejection of proposed weapons sale to Erdogan bodyguards who violently attacked protesters in D.C.

WASHINGTON – Today, U.S. Representative Dave Trott (MI-11), Co-Chair of the Congressional Armenian Caucus, issued the following statement after leading a bipartisan letter of 36 Members of Congress, including Armenian Caucus Co-Chair Frank Pallone, Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes, Foreign Affairs Ranking Member Eliot Engel, and Intelligence Ranking Member Adam Schiff, to Secretary of State Tillerson urging him to reject the proposed sale of semi-automatic handguns and ammunition to the Turkish government:

“Right here, on U.S. soil, we witnessed President Erdogan’s blatant disregard for democracy as his henchmen waged a brutal attack on peaceful protestors. As the very model of freedom and liberty around the world, the United States cannot condone such an overt suppression of democracy and this proposed arms deal would be nothing less than an endorsement of Erdogan’s henchmen’s brutal attack. We need to call out and hold accountable President Erdogan and his bodyguards for who they really are – thugs.”

On June 6, 2017, the House of Representatives unanimously passed H.Res.354, condemning Turkish President Erdogan’s bodyguards’ attack on peaceful protestors and demanding the perpetrators be held accountable. With over 17,000 Armenian-Americans in Michigan, Rep. Trott serves as Chair of the Congressional Armenian Caucus. Rep. Trott’s resolution to recognize the Armenian Genocide (H.Res. 220) has garnered strong bipartisan support with 45 co-sponsors, including the Chairman and Ranking Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

Since coming to Congress, Rep. Trott has led the fight to recognize the Armenian genocide joining a Congressional delegation to visit Armenia for the 100th anniversary of the genocide and co-sponsoring a resolution to recognize the Armenian Genocide in the 114th Congress. Historians believe as many as 1.5 million Armenians were killed by Ottoman Turks starting in 1915, yet international governments – including the United States – have refused to label the killings as a genocide.
David Trott

Full text of the letter is as follows:

 Dear Mr. Secretary

We write today to urge you to reject the proposed sale of semi-automatic handguns and ammunition to a Turkish government controlled entity authorized to import firearms to the Department of Security of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey.

As you know, on May 16, members of President Erdogan’s security detail violently attacked peaceful protestors outside the residence of the Turkish Ambassador in Washington, DC. With President Erdogan just feet away, looking on, armed members of his security detail unleashed a vicious attack, targeting non-violent protestors and American Diplomatic Security Officers, resulting in severe neurological, oral, and maxillofacial injuries. Unfortunately, this is only the latest in a series of disturbing attacks by President Erdogan’s security forces in the United States, including a brawl at the United Nations, and a series of physical fights in Washington, DC in May 2016. This same security force now stands to be the beneficiary of a potential arms deal.

On June 6, 2017, the House of Representatives spoke strongly and swiftly, voting unanimously to pass House Resolution 354, condemning the violence that took place outside the Ambassador’s residence on May 16, and calling on the perpetrators to be brought to justice under U.S. law. We can no longer enable Turkey to compromise our democratic values, and this proposed arms sale is nothing short of an endorsement of the actions of President Erdogan’s security force. As such, we strongly urge you to reject this proposed sale and any potential weapons transfer to President Erdogan’s security detail.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this important matter.

The Ugly History of Joe Scarborough What Does He Know About A Murder?

In 2011 Joe Scarborough was considering running for Congress again.  Yes again, many don't remember that he once served in Congress bur resigned over a murder investigation in 2001.

Scarborough was going to run as a Republican and that is why the Liberal online site the "Daily Kos"  researched his past.

Here is what the Daily Kos wrote in 2011:

Joe Scarborough, host of MSNBC's Morning Joe, is sending signals that he might be ready to run again for public office. He was the subject of a fawning profile in Parade. An op-ed piece he penned at Politico made Scarborough sound like a reasonable Republican who might appeal to independent voters. A persistent rumor even has "Morning Joe" running on a presidential ticket with New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
If "Morning Joe" does wind up on a ballot somewhere, voters might want to keep this question in mind: Was a young woman once murdered in Joe Scarborough's office?
Many Americans probably have forgotten, or never knew, that a 28-year-old female staff member was found dead in the summer of 2001 in the office of U.S. Rep. Joe Scarborough (R-FL). Officials in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, determined that Lori Klausutis died from an accident. The mainstream press largely ignored the case, but our review of several investigative reports indicates the official finding is highly questionable.
Does that mean Joe Scarborough is a murderer? No. But we suspect someone who had access to Scarborough's office in 2001 is a murderer. We find it unlikely that the head trauma that killed Lori Klausutis was the result of an accident.
We hardly are the first to raise the "murder" issue that surrounds Scarborough. Two liberal icons, filmmaker Michael Moore and Daily Kos founder Markos Moulitsas, made references to it and wound up in public spats with Scarborough.
Since Scarborough himself doesn't shy away from the topic, we won't either. The subject is of particular interest here in Alabama because Scarborough is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is pals with former Gov. Bob Riley and his son, Homewood attorney Rob Riley. The Rileys probably are one of the sleaziest father/son tandems in the history of American politics. Regardless of what one might conclude about the Lori Klausutis death, any would-be voter should be alarmed by Scarborough's ties to the Rileys--especially since dead bodies mysteriously kept popping up around Alabamain the final year of Big Bob's reign.
Why should we doubt the finding of an accidental death in the Lori Klausutis case? Here are several reasons:
* The nature of the head trauma does not suggest an accidental death--According to a report fromAmerican Politics Journal (APJ), Dr. Michael Berkland, medical examiner, determined that Klausutis had an undiagnosed cardiac arrhythmia that caused her to faint and hit her head on a desk in Scarborough's office. Reports APJ:
There are several problems with the head injury. Generally, for a closed head injury to cause bleeding inside the skull, there is a much more severe injury on the outside of the skull. Do the autopsy notes, indeed, describe such a severe injury on the outside of the skull? In fact, the only closed head injury which usually may cause bleeding inside the skull involves a fracture of the temporal bone, with rupture of the underlying artery. The most important discrepancy that should be answered is how intracranial bleeding could continue if the cardiac arrhythmia had caused a cessation of blood flow to the brain.
* The fainting story does not add up--What is the likelihood that an apparently healthy woman, who ran marathons, would faint and hit her head on a desk in such a way that would cause death? It's pretty unlikely, our research indicates. Reports APJ:
Presumably the heart valve condition alluded to is Mitral Valve Prolapse. This may be associated with arrhythmias, but rarely with VTach (ventricular tachycardia) or VFib (ventricular fibrillation), the only arrhythmias which would stop the flow of blood to the brain.
Generally, with syncope of whatever cause the "guarding reflex," wherein one raises a hand to protect the head, is preserved.

A report at onlinejournal.com, stated that such a fall in a healthy person is unlikely to cause death. Berkland's determination of an accidental death, however, brought the investigation to a virtual halt:
According to the medical literature, simple falls in young, healthy people, virtually never cause
death. Berkland’s claim that injury opposite to the site of impact is observed only when a
person’s head hits a stationary object is also contradicted by the literature. . . .
The autopsy describes the prolapsed mitral valve in great detail, claiming that the medical
literature sustains the notion that this is likely to be fatal.
Dr. Berkland contends in lengthy autopsy comments that “there are only about three entities that generally cause one to drop in midsentence or in midstride . . . pulmonary embolus . . . a ruptured aneurysm . . . and most common, is a sudden cardiac arrhythmia.” Yet, the medical literature suggests that neither pulmonary emboli nor aneurysms are likely to cause immediate loss of consciousness. A blow to the head is a common cause of loss of consciousness. . . .
Finally, although the report shows the subdural hematoma was severe, it was far from the site deep in the brain stem that controls heartbeat and respiration. Dr. Berkland’s microscopics give no description of the brain stem and no evidence that it was damaged at all, leaving a question as to the exact cause of death. Ed Friedlander, M.D., a noted forensic pathologist has stated that “A good rule of thumb is that nothing inside the head short of a gunshot wound through the lower brain stem will kill a person in less than 60 minutes.”
* The medical examiner had a troubled history--Before moving to Florida, Dr. Berkland had practiced in Kansas City, Missouri. His time there ended in controversy. Reports onlinejournal.com:
Before moving to Florida, Dr. Berkland had worked in Kansas City, MO. The August 30 edition of the Pitch Weekly, based in that city, noted in its Kansas City Strip column, “Former Jackson County coroner, Mike Berkland, provides the brains for a scandal in Florida.”
The Pitch said, “Berkland claims he ‘sectioned’ Klausutis’ brain during her autopsy to determine that her head was injured by a fall, not by a blow from a weapon. But that’s the same sort of claim that got Berkland run out of Kansas City in 1996, after he’d falsely reported that he’d sectioned brains later found whole by his boss—a mistake he blames on poorly proofread reports written with computer macros. No such mistake occurred with Klausutis’ brain Berkland told the Pitch. ‘You can rest assured it was sectioned,’ he says.”
Jennifer Van Bergen, writing at Truthout, said Berkland's actions both in Missouri and Florida raise serious questions about the Lori Klausutis investigation:
The final touch in this case which simply makes it cry out for further investigation is the fact that Associate Medical Examiner Michael Berkland had lost his license in Missouri in 1998 for "misrepresentation or unethical conduct and knowingly making a false statement in the autopsy reports." As a result, Berkland was suspended from practice in Florida.
In 1999, Berkland's supervisor, Dr. Gary Cumberland, the Acting District Medical Examiner, who, by the way, had donated heavily--and perhaps beyond federal limits--to Joe Scarborough's election campaigns, said that he "still has full confidence in Berkland and no plans to replace him," according to Beach Browser, a local paper. It seems that Berkland was reinstated with the issuance of a "letter of guidance" by the Florida Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
Van Bergen provides a summary of the oddities surrounding Lori Klausutis's death:
* The congressman (an ardent and vocal supporter of G.W., by the way) resigns only six months after re-election, just prior to his aide’s death. The reason: amid rumors of marital infidelity, the recently-divorced husband wants to spend more time with his sons.
* A medical examiner who had his license revoked in another state. Why? He lost it falsifying autopsies.
* The medical examiner’s supervisor had contributed thousands of dollars to the congressman’s election campaign.
* Contradictory reports about whether there is a visible head injury or not.
* A medical conclusion that contains several inconsistencies. First, that Mrs. Klausutis, who was a marathon runner, died of a cardiac arrhythmia. Second, that although she had suffered a fractured skull and a “contracoup” bruise on the opposite side of the brain, the injury could not possibly have been caused by a physical assault.
* Then there’s the question of whether the office was locked and the lights were on. One report says the door was locked and the lights were off; another report says the door was unlocked and the lights were on.
* And if all this weren’t enough, there’s the scientist husband who does high level weapon design work for the Air Force.

Is Joe Scarborough a murderer? We cannot reach a conclusive answer at this point. But the evidence strongly suggests that Lori Klausutis' death was the result of foul play, not an accident.
If "Morning Joe" steps back into the political arena, voters should have serious questions about his fitness for office.

Rep Runestad To Senator Arlan Meekhof -Pass Constitutional Carry

State Rep
Jim Runestad
Fifteen House Republicans have signed a letter to Senate Majority Leader Arlan Meekhof urging him to have the Senate quickly pass legislation that would end the need for a permit to carry a concealed pistol.

Mr. Meekhof (R-West Olive) placed the House-passed legislation (HB 4416, HB 4417, HB 4418 and HB 4419) into the Senate Government Operations Committee, which he chairs and tends to use as a burial ground for controversial legislation he prefers never see the light of day. Mr. Meekhof, however, does occasionally move bills out of the committee, and his spokesperson has said he has not buried it with the decision to place the bills there.

The 15 Republicans invoked the recent shooting at the Republican congressional baseball practice as further justification for the legislation. Five people, including U.S. Rep. Steve Scalise (R-Louisiana) and former Michigan House staffer Matt Mika, were shot during that incident.

"We abhor the idea of politicizing a tragedy. But this incident itself was a political act and one that bears on us directly as lawmakers," the House members wrote in a letter led by Rep. John Reilly (R-Oakland Township). "It was an attempted mass assassination of Republican elected representatives. It was an attack on innocent people. It was an attack on our party. It was an attack on the Congress of the United States. It was an attack on our nation and its lawful governance. And it was only thwarted because one representative with armed security happened to be there."

A security team shot and killed the shooter.

The legislators said no law-abiding resident should be "prevented, encumbered or delayed from obtaining and carrying firearms for his or her personal safety."

Meekhof spokesperson Amber McCann said Mr. Meekhof has not decided whether to hold a hearing on the bill, "but he'll give Representative Reilly's request careful consideration."

Current law bars those who have committed various felonies and misdemeanors, as well as those involuntarily committed to an institution for mental illness, from obtaining a concealed pistol license.

Federal law already requires those purchasing firearms from a federally licensed dealer to undergo a criminal background check and supporters of the legislation have said that would ensure those wanting to obtain a concealed pistol license are law abiding. However, many firearms are purchased through private sales where no federal background check is required.

"We believe that the right to self-defense is God-given and that it is the duty of the state to protect that right for all law-abiding citizens. Regrettably, many laws still on the books infringe upon this fundamental right," the legislators wrote. "Senator Meekhof, we write to entreat you in your capacity as a senator and the leader of your chamber to expeditiously pass legislation to restore and expand the rights of law-abiding citizens to be armed and protected."

Mr. Reilly did not return a message.

Also signing the letter were Rep. Steve Johnson (R-Wayland), Rep. Joseph Graves (R-Linden), Rep. Jim Runestad (R-White Lake Township), Rep. Triston Cole (R-Mancelona), Rep. Shane Hernandez (R-Port Huron), Rep. Gary Glenn (R-Midland), Rep. Pamela Hornberger (R-Chesterfield Township), Rep. Julie Alexander (R-Hanover), Rep. Michele Hoitenga (R-Manton), Rep. Jeff Noble (R-Plymouth), Rep. Sue Allor (R-Wolverine), Rep. Tom Barrett (R-Potterville), Rep. Jim Lower (R-Cedar Lake) and Rep. Hank Vaupel (R-Handy Township)

A Mom's Plea After What Happened To Her Son With Down Syndrome

A mom's passionate plea over her son who has down syndrome goes viral after what happened to her son.

Kristen Miller Rumphol with her son Brandon left

An open letter,

To all that were at the Algonquin public pool. I am a special needs mother, my son Brandon has Down Syndrome. I never thought I would be one of those mother's that write an open letter for all to read but here I am.

Today while at the swimming pool my heart was breaking! You see NO ONE wanted to play with my son. He would go up to other kids and say " hi boy or hi girl." He is still categorized as nonverbal and he is hard to understand but he was trying his best! Every single time the kids would either look at him weird and say nothing or just swim away.

Brandon would look back at me with a look of disappointment. Not understanding why the kids were being mean to him.

Parents, please educate your children! Tell your children that children with special needs want the same thing they do, they want to be accepted. They want to be included and treated just like every other "normal" child. They want friends that won't judge them and will just accept them as they are.
If they ask what is Down syndrome? Tell them it is a third copy of the 21st chromosome. Every person with Down Syndrome will learn to do the same thing as everyone else it just takes them longer to get there. They will need more help to there. But they WILL get there!

Secretly I hope this might go viral. Please feel free to share this.. Help me to spread awareness for all children with special needs just not down syndrome. They just want to be loved, accepted and included!!

Democrat Party Fined A Record Amount For Election Fraud

While the Democrats keep trying to stick made up corruption and collusion charges against Donald Trump, their party continues to sneak by in breaking elections laws.    In Michigan one of the largest fines was just issued for a violation of election laws!

The Detroit Free Press reports:

“Games of chance have always been risky, but they also just got very costly for the Michigan Democratic Party.

The party has agreed to pay a hefty $500,000 civil fine to the Federal Elections Commission — one of the largest penalties every levied by that office — after an internal investigation of its bingo operation, which was used for political fund-raising, found numerous examples of shoddy record keeping, contributions that exceeded limits and campaign finance reporting inaccuracies. one of the largest fines eve levied by the federal elections commission.

It’s a fine that far exceeds the average penalty levied against candidates and political organizations over the years. The highest average fine over the past 40 years was $179,499 in 2006.

But the $500,000 fine will put a crimp in the party’s budget. It must pay $100,000 immediately and then pay off the rest in quarterly installments through mid-2019.  The party’s federal campaign fund has a balance of $147,915, according to reports filed with the FEC. Under state law, a political party’s state campaign finance reports do not have to include a summary sheet, which would detail how much disposable cash the party

COMEY HEARING: What You Need To Know

By Kevin Tatulyan
Vice Chair Michigan Republican Party
Coalitions
A recap of today's hearing from former FBI Director Comey:

1. President Trump wanted the Russian investigation to continue.

2. No votes in the election were altered by Russia, and President Trump never asked for the investigation into Russian involvement be stopped.

3. President Trump did not try to interrupt or interfere with Russian investigation.

4. President Trump was personally not under investigation by the FBI.

5. Former Attorney General Lynch instructed James Comey to to call investigation into Hillary Clinton a "Matter' and not an Investigation.

These five points need to be shared with all our family members, friends, and especially those who worked so hard to elect Donald J. Trump as our 45th President of the United States.

Additionally, Marco Rubio nailed it out of the park when he stated: "The only thing that's never been leaked is the fact that the president was not personally under investigation."

I encourage everyone to follow Ronna Romney McDaniel on Twitter. She is doing an amazing job tweeting about today's senate hearing. Her twitter handle is: @GOPChairwoman. Retweet her tweets so you can help spread

Jerry Seinfeld Defends Kathy Griffin

Seinfield with Kathy Griffin

Jerry Seinfeld is defending Kathy  Griffin and her disgusting act of holding a bloody real life looking Donald Trump head.

This is what Seinfeld said,

“Yes, it was another bad joke. Every comedian tells bad jokes,” Seinfeld said. “We all do it. That’s how we find the good jokes. So someone told a bad joke — so what, I don’t understand the big deal.”

This is not the first controversy Jerry Seinfeld has found himself in. Back in 1993 the then just shy of 40 years old Seinfeld  was dating 17 year old Shoshanna Lonstein who was a senior at the prestigious Nightingale-Bamford School on the Upper West Side.

She was just Seventeen

Kathy Griffin's Bizarre News Conference Are You Connecting The Dots?

By: Randy Schaefer
I just learned that Lisa Bloom is representing Kathy Griffin, who is accusing the Trump family of bullying her.

For those of you who do not remember, or do not know. Lisa Bloom is the fake investigative reporter from the Huffington Post who claimed that Donald Trump raped a 13 year old girl over 30 years ago, just days before the election.

She and her mom, Gloria Allred, represented all 13 women who came forward with accusations against Donald Trump just before the election. She and her mom represented all five women who accused Bill O'Reilly and at least three women who accused Roger Ailes.

They are also both large donors to the Clinton Foundation
and to Hillary Clinton's Presidential campaign.

Her mom also represented Anita Hill when she was faslely accusing Clarence Thomas almost 30 years ago. Are you starting to see a pattern here.

Are you starting to connect the dots?

Why Trump Must Dump Paris Climate Change Accord

There are many reasons why President Trump must pull the United States from the Paris Climate Accord some of which include the facts that 1) Man Made Climate Change is a hoax - weather patterns are controlled by sun patterns, 2) It is a job killer that will weaken the U.S. Economy bankrupting us and 3) it is a back door TREATY that by-passes the required 2/3rd vote to be ratified by the U.S. Senate.   Obama knew this which is why he hurried to get us into the accord.

Here is a dirty secret in 1969 There was a  United Nations gathering in Vienna to sign the Treaty on Treaties.  The Treaty on Treaties was the frame work of how Treaties should be handled even if not fully signed by all willing or considered willing participating coutries.

Yes considered willing countries, if  a country is considering some or all of a Treaty according to the Treaty of Treaties section 18 you are basically ratifying the Treaty when you agree to all or party the treaty even if you haven't signed the treaty .

This is why Trump must pull us out of the Paris Climate Accord as it is a treaty in its own right and under the Treaty of Treaties section 18, if we agree with any part of it verbally we are considered bound,   Now since the accord was agreed to by Obama but not passed by 2/3rds of the U.S., Trump has the ability to undo Obama's agreement.  However if he does not pull out, we could be stuck with being in the Paris Climate Accord unless we get 2/3rds of the Senate to pull us out.

Trump can save face by saying that we are pulling out of the Accord, as it is considered a Treaty, and it must be passed by 2/3rds of our Senate.   There it will likely die and President Trump won't have to take the blame as he alone didn't make the decision to get out of the Paris Climate Accord alone but wanted the U.S. to accept the accord/treaty under the laws of our Constitution.

Here is the clause of the 1969 Vienna Convention Treaty on Treaties, which by the way never was ratified either by 2/3rds of the U.S, Senate.

Article 18. OBLIGATION NOT TO DEFEAT THE OBJECT AND PURPOSE
OF A TREATY PRIOR TO ITS ENTRY INTO FORCE
A State is obliged to refrain from acts which would defeat the object and pur
pose of a treaty when:

(a) It has signed the treaty or has exchanged instruments constituting the treaty
subject to ratification, acceptance or approval, until it shall have made its in
tention clear not to become a party to the treaty; or

(b) It has expressed its consent to be bound by the treaty, pending the entry into
force of the treaty and provided that such entry into force is not unduly
delayed.

Michigan City To Farmers: You can't sell blueberries unless you affirm gay marriage

Tennes Family

The Tennes family has been farming in Michigan for generations.

They grow all sorts of crops at the Country Mill Farm – organic apples, blueberries, pumpkins, sweet corn.

And for the past seven years, Steve Tennes and his family have sold their produce at the farmer’s market owned by the city of East Lansing.

But this year – city officials told the devout Catholic family that their blueberries and sweet corn were not welcome at the farmer’s market – and neither were they.

Last year, someone posted a message on Country Mill’s Facebook page inquiring about whether they hosted same-sex weddings at the farm.

Tennes told the individual they did not permit same-sex marriages on the farm because of the family’s Catholic belief that marriage is a sacramental union between one man and one woman.

City officials later discovered the Facebook posting and began immediate action to remove Country Mill from the Farmer’s Market – alleging the family had violated the city’s discrimination ordinance.

"It was brought to our attention that The Country Mill's general business practices do not comply with East Lansing's Civil Rights ordinances and public policy against discrimination as set forth in Chapter 22 of the City Code and outlined in the 2017 Market Vendor Guidelines, as such, The Country Mill's presence as a vendor his prohibited by the City's Farmer's Market Vendor Guidelines," read a letter the city sent to the family.
