The media is trying to portray him as an innocent black man that was shot while two white Baton Rouge Louisiana officers were arresting him early Tuesday after responding to a call about an armed man. The officers had Mr. Sterling pinned to the ground when at least one of them shot him.
Now were the officers justified in the shooting? A complete review will tell but if Alton Sterling wasn't resisting arrest he would have been alive today.
This wasn't the first time Alton Sterling tussled with police. He did so in 2009 and a pistol fell out of his waistband. Police were very well aware of the prior event.
In 2009, the affidavit of probable cause contends that a police officer tried to pat down Sterling when Sterling resisted arrest, and the officer ended up “wrestling with the defendant on the ground” at which time a “black semi auto gun fell from his waistband.” The officer grabbed the back of Sterling’s shirt during the incident, and he was able to arrest him without further incident.
Yes there are many nice black people out there. I was raised with a Grandfather who was so discriminated against when he came here from Italy at the tender age of 13. He used to say to me , Jean if you was drowning and a black hand reached out to save you, wouldn't you take it and get saved. Everyone is the same no matter what color they are.

ReplyDeleteHow the fuck were these cops aware of a 2009 arrest. Where's the gun he supposedly had that made them execute this man in cold blood. So what he took a picture he may now regret. What year was that picture even taken? What context. This article says nothing except "hey I'm a racist and it's okay to execute people for no reason at all. Fuck you! BTW, I think that's a halloween costume because no grown man wears a orange prison jumpsuit in the free world.
